On 19 February 2026, the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) hosted the seminar “LTR Community Day: How to Maintain and Maximize Your LTR Visa’s Benefits” at the Thailand Investment and Expat Services Center (TIESC), One Bangkok.

The event was presided over by Ms. Tanita Sirisup, Deputy Secretary General of BOI. Ms. Kantarot Laopradith, Director of the Expatriate Services Division, provided key guidance on LTR visa privileges and compliance, while Mr. Kasapon Singprasert, Senior Tax Economist from the Revenue Department, shared practical insights on tax benefits and obligations for LTR visa holders.

The session was attended by around 150 LTR visa holders and highly interactive, offering valuable clarification and practical advice to help LTR visa holders maintain compliance and fully maximize their long-term stay in Thailand.
